Your Gift
Why don't you have a passion in life?
Tell Me what would motivate you?
How long will you keep believing a lie,
That there's nothing you can do?
What activity excites you most?
Are there strengths you can make stronger?
How long will you despise yourself?
Must I bear with you much longer?
Everyone enjoys doing something.
What's one thing that made you feel good?
Did time seem to slip away?
Think about it, if you would.
Find what you're passionate about.
What is it you like to do?
What can you do better?
What problem stirs up anger in you?
Some of you neglect your talent,
Because talent money can't provide;
But gifts are given to be used,
Not to be thrown away or hide.
Never compare yourself.
There's no life better than another;
All different, but important...
What body part's better than the other?
Do what's fun for you.
Be the best that you can be;
Your happiness gives Me pleasure.
Doing what you love brings joy to Me.
What you're naturally good at,
And what seems easy for you;
When your work becomes your play,
You're doing what you're born to do.
