Sowing And Reaping
Read the words of Jesus.
Notice, He spoke in authority;
The power in the tongue is this:
It creates what you want to be.
When you give to the church,
Tell your seed to grow;
Say what you're believing for.
Name the seeds you sow.
When a farmer wants food to eat,
He plants seeds of his choice;
This method calls in his harvest,
But with you-you have your voice.
Next time, give your seed a name,
And plant it in good ground;
Find soil that preaches the gospel.
You'll reap harvests all year round.
Don't forget it takes time.
Words are sunshine, and faith is rain;
While it's growing, don't give up
Or you'll lose what you've gained.
Be careful what you say.
Negative words are like weeds;
That kills your crop, and curse your life.
Words are even seeds.
Jesus taught us to how to live,
To just believe, and not doubt;
We reap what we sow,
But it takes a lifetime to figure that out.
