I Talk To All Of You
I talk to all My children,
But I don't speak the same way;
Different ages and personalities
Determines what I say.
If My child is sensitive and quiet,
I'll speak in a calm, gentle tone;
But if My child is opposite,
I'll talk in a way that's known.
I reveal My sense of humor
To whose hearts delight in fun;
I love to laugh with you!
Better to find one smile than none.
However you speak - I speak.
This is how I bond with you;
My voice will always be My own,
But I’ll talk in a way you do.
As a father talks to his children
Different from the rest;
And as friends talk the same way,
This is how you hear Me best.
