I Talk To All Of You
I talk to all My children,
But I don't speak the same way;
Different ages and personalities
Determines what I say.
If My child has a quiet spirit,
I'll speak in a soft tone;
I often whisper, "I love you,"
And "you're not alone."
I show My sense of humor
To whose hearts delight in fun;
I love seeing my children smile.
Each and every one.
However you speak - I speak.
That's how I bond with you;
My voice will always be My own,
But I’ll talk in a way you do.
As a father talks to his children
Different from the rest;
And as friends talk the same way,
This is how you hear Me best.
